Payment

I accept payment through Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. Full payment and a shipping address for physical items is required upfront before any work begins.

I also accept wishlist items as trades or partial payments for commissions/premade items.

Communication

Communication may start through direct messages on social media, but once the client is certain that they wish to proceed, communication will occur through email. Discussing commissions through email is notably more secure and makes it easier to go back and ensure that no information was missed.

Time Frame

I am still learning when it comes to commissions and cannot currently promise any deadlines. I will do my best to give an estimate as to when the project will be completed, but please understand that this may change due to things out of my control. I am not a full-time artist and need to devote time to my main job and personal life.

Shipping

I ship from the USA and almost always use USPS. Please let me know if you want shipping insurance, need the package to be signed for, etc. and we can discuss options. The Google Form password is weenie dog.

Cancellations and Refunds

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. If the commission is canceled before work begins or in the very early stages of the process, the client will receive a full refund.

If a substantial amount of work has been completed and the CLIENT cancels, I will give a partial refund based on the amount of work completed and (optionally) ship the unfinished item. If I have to cancel a commission due to a personal emergency/any reason that I cannot complete it, the client will either be refunded in full OR partially refunded and given the incomplete item. This decision will be made by the client.
